Great value Burgundian Chardonnay

Domaine Roland Sounit is situated in Rully, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, to the south of Côte d’Or. A subsoil of clay and limestone is covered by a very stony top soil. 

For this wine, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with regular stirring to gain depth and complexity. Aromas of orange blossom, some floral notes and citrus. Refined and complex on the palate, supported by a nice acidity and a remarkable minerality.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
