Wine Tastings & Pop Ups
Wine Tastings
Our events usually take place on Fridays and, unless otherwise stated, start at 7pm. They centre around France and are a great way to learn more about wine in a relaxed and informal setting. All events are strictly limited in number. Ticket release dates are noted next to each event, and will be released at 10am on the release date through our newsletter. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale at 1pm.
Please note: ticket sales are final and are not refundable or transferable to other events.
We’re teaming up with Dotty in the Kitchen for another edition of Bitesize Pairings.
This time the menu focuses on France’s most popular cheese, Comté. Expect five canapé size cheesy creations, each paired to a wine.
Everyone’s favourite tasting is back, and this time we’re pitting French sparkling wines against their counterparts from the rest of the world.
Will Champagne come out on top? Can Crémant outshine it’s competitors? There’s only one way to find out!

As well as our monthly wine tastings, we host food pop ups and special events.
After it’s huge success the first time round, we’re collaborating with Newcastle Cocktail Kitchen again for an Autumnal edition of Wine in Cocktails.
Angus will be slinging four delicious cocktails, inspired by the season and using some of our favourite wines as the base.
Back for it’s third year, Gateshead Wine Fair will take place on Sunday 11th October.
We’re once again teaming up with our friends at The Rare Drop to bring you 60 great wines to taste.
Tickets are still just £25 per person.

It’s our favourite wine day of the year! Join us on the third Thursday of November for a celebration of Beaujolais, Gamay & the wine harvest. We’re hosting Dotty in the Kitchen for a menu of seasonal French fare, whilst we’ll be uncorking the very first bottles of the the 2026 vintage.
