A proper baby Pomerol

Near the up-and-coming village of Néac in Lalande de Pomerol, Clos de L’Hermitage covers 3.10 hectares of mainly Merlot vines, with one fifth planted to Cabernet Franc. Grapes are harvested at full maturity, sorted, and pressed at the winery. During vinification the temperature is carefully monitored to achieve the desired aromas and structure in the wines, before maturation in a combination of vats and casks for over a year. The wine is then allowed further maturation in bottle before release.

Predominantly Merlot, this cuvee also has 20% Cabernet Franc. The style is voluptuous, plush and forward with supple tannins and delicious, smooth, red fruit and a touch of woody spice.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
