Domaine Lebrun is a family estate based in the heart of Pouilly-Fumé, now run by winemaker Laurent Lebrun. Having trained in Montpellier and honed his craft in Australia and Bordeaux, Laurent returned home to revitalise his family’s 9 hectares of vines on the slopes of St. Andelain. The estate is known for producing precise, expressive Sauvignon Blanc wines that capture the purity of fruit and the flinty minerality of the Loire’s limestone-rich soils.

A refined white wine that shows all the hallmarks of this prestigious Loire appellation. Pale lemon in colour, it opens with aromas of zesty citrus, green apple, and subtle floral notes, underpinned by the region’s signature flinty smokiness. On the palate, it’s crisp and structured, with vibrant fruit balanced by mineral depth. The finish is long, fresh, and gently smoky.
