Bitesize Pairings: Comté Bites

This new series, Bitesize Pairings, is all about digestible chunks of food and wine pairing. Each time, we’ll be collaborating with another small business on a specific theme.

Episode three focuses on France’s most popular cheese, Comté. We’re partnering with the fantastic Dotty in the Kitchen, who has come up with five delicious bitesize dishes which showcase this fantastic cheese.

Expect five bites on the night, each paired to a wine. We’ll guide you through the stories of each wine, and the reasons the pairings work.

Please note: this event features a set line up of dishés and we are unable to make adjustments for dietary requirements. This includes vegetarian and vegan diets, but don’t worry – we will be running more of these nights with different menus in the future. If you have an allergy, please contact us prior to booking as we may not be able to cater to all allergens due to the nature of this event.
