Bright and tangy Chardonnay from Barossa, with a touch of biscuity oak

The label of this Aussie Chardonnay reflects word-of-mouth, with a bunch of hipster types sharing the news of the next big thing, a real vineyard find, proper stuff with bags of varietal appeal but lovely texture too. Aussie chardonnay has made a comeback… and this is a cracking wine to start the revolution!

Small batches of Chardonnay are picked and pressed through a tank press with some skin contact. 25% is fermented in French puncheons and American hogsheads for 6 months, aged on lees then blended with the 75% unoaked juice, settled and bottled. Into the main Barossa blend a small component of Eden Valley Chardonnay is blended and the whole sees a tiny bit of secondary use oak for some fine structure.

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery. If you spend over £150, delivery is free. Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day.
