Rarely seen single varietal Petit Verdot

Philippe Lebrun is a pioneer who has contributed to the success of Languedoc’s wines in the past 20 years. With his experience and expertise, he improved the quality and taste of traditionally strong and full-bodied wines through rigorous vineyard selection and meticulous control of the winemaking process. Inspired by the Burgundy wine region, Philippe returned to his native Languedoc after completing his studies and began his career at prestigious cellars in Limoux. He believes in the cooperative system, emphasizing solidarity and sustainable development.

Characteristically for Petit Verdot, this is deep in colour with an intense flavour profile. Notes of ripe blackberry and black cherry. The palate is juicy, packed with fruit and a touch of bay leaves, with a fine texture and beautiful tannic structure. Long and powerful.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
