Pale rosé with a creamy texture

Château Picoron is owned by an Australian family who have converted the vineyard and wine-making practices to organic. The Kalyk family is on a mission to produce hand-made wines which are both high quality and great value. They are focused on making a range of Vin de France wines from their favourite grape, Merlot.

Madam, I’m Adam is Picoron’s take on a pale rosé, but of course made with just Merlot. Grown on the clay and limestone ridge of Saint-Emilion, this single-vineyard wine is low-intervention, low-sulphite, and sustainably farmed. The result is a fresh rosé, with notes of wild strawberry and cherry, with a herbal twist.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
