A humble Vin de France from Rhône royalty

Claire Michel – Châteauneuf-du-Pape vigneronne extraordinaire of Le Vieux Donjon – and her husband Adrien Fabre (Domaine la Floran) once swore they’d never work together professionally to preserve domestic harmony. Then along came Covid! They cooked up the idea for this joint venture during the lockdowns of 2020. Made from organic fruit sourced from the eastern bank of the Côtes du Rhône appellation, the ‘Cuisine en Famille’ wines are produced ethically and sustainably.

This easy-drinking rosé features Rhône staple Grenache Noir plus the rarer Caladoc. It is fresh and lively, with bright berry fruit, crisp acidity and a supple, moreish finish. The name ‘Les bras m’en tombent’ – my arms are falling off – inelegantly translates as ‘I’m speechless’.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
