A fresh, fruit-forward Rhône Cru

Maison Brotte is a family winery established in 1931 in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The Brotte family own three properties across the Southern Rhône Valley, giving them access to three distinct terroirs. 

Their Cairanne is made with majority Grenache, and small amounts of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The wine is aged in a mixture of concrete vats – to preserve the fruit character – and 100 year old oak barrels – to develop the body and length. Notes of fresh red berry fruit, prune and spice. Fine tannins, and a little more freshness than many Southern Rhône reds.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
