Full-flavoured and rich oak-aged Chardonnay from Jura

Domaine des Carlines was created by Patrick and Sophie Ligeron in 2015, when an opportunity to take over 11 hectares of vineyard came up. Patrick was born in Jura and, along with his wife Sophie, has been in the wine business for a long time. They both have been looking for an opportunity to realise Patrick’s dream, and it finally paid off. The couple hand-harvest their grapes, and ferment them in used oak barrels from Burgundy.

Trémoulette is 100% Chardonnay, sourced from a single plot and matured for 12 – 15 months in used oak. The wine is rich with notes of melon, brioche and nuttiness. It is complex but well-balanced and has a very long finish.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
