Old Vine Carignan from the Languedoc

Marilyn is a genuine pioneer. After studying Viticulture and Oenology in Bordeaux, she spent time working in various regions throughout the world. Since her return to France in 2008, she has significantly contributed to the renewed success of Languedoc’s wines. Marilyn succeeded in improving quality and taste with a rigorous selection in the vineyards and perfect control of the winemaking process.

The Carignan comes from vines up to 80 years old, giving great depth of flavour in the final wine. Soft and fruity, this gently oaked wine has notes of blackberry, red berries and vanilla. Smooth with a lasting finish.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
