An outstanding Malbec from Cahors

The flagship wine from this Cahors estate, which was recently recognised as the World’s Best Malbec Producer. The Vigouroux family pride themselves on being specialists in the production of Malbec vines. Since 1887, four generations of the family have focused on this varietal, maintaining continued techniques, passion and know-how in order to produce some of the finest expressions of French Malbec on the market.

Malbec grapes are fermented with extended skin contact, before being matured for 10 – 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is very deep in colour, and is wonderfully complex and powerful. Notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant and spices. Lengthy and silky smooth.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
