Big, bold and concentrated Carignan

Winemaker Guillaume Letang went on a voyage to vineyards unknown to source these grapes. While he is used to driving all over Languedoc Roussillon for his work he had never ventured this far south. One day curiosity got the better of him and he went to explore “the wild landscape” between Corbieres and the Mediterranean. The small yields from this area and its unique soils and landscape give distinctive wines with personality.

Stainless steel was used to maintain the freshness and purity of fruit from the old, bush-vine Carignan. This wine is intense and complex with dark, rich fruit, delicate tannins and smooth mouthfeel. As Guillaume says, it’s a “must taste” wine!

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
