Refreshing and aromatic Bordeaux Blanc

Château Bastor Lamontagne is located in the commune of Preignac, in the Gironde department, in the heart of the Sauternes appellation. The vineyards extend over 50 hectares in a single block of around 30 parcels, on gravelly-sandy terroir.

Confidence is predominantly Sauvignon Gris, chosen for its aromatic intensity and freshness. The blend is made up of around 59% Sauvignon Gris, 34% Sauvignon Blanc, for vibrant acidity, and 7% Sémillon, for roundness. The wine is aged on fine lees in a mixture of old and new oak for around 8 months. The finished wine has notes of mango, vanilla and candied fruits.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
