Rich, textural, refined and oak aged white from Cairanne

Description : 70% Grenache Blanc, 20% Rousanne, 10% Clairette. Hand-harvested grapes are directly pressed and clarified by cold tank, before being fermented in 300 and 400 litre oak barrels. A mixture of old and new, these have been carefully selected to create texture and intensify the natural character of the wine rather than to impose overt fresh oak. The wine is aged in barrel for 6 months before filtration and bottling.

Fresh aromas of fruit and flower aromatics mingle with the spicy and smoky notes from the barrels. On the palate it feels plump fresh and mineral, with spicy, smoky fruit.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
