Concentrated and classy Reserva Port that is ‘premium Ruby’ in style – smaller production, a premium selection of grapes, and an additional year ageing

Grapes are sourced from Krohn’s Quinta do Retiro Novo estate and neighbouring vineyards in the Rio Torto valley near Pinhao. Fermentation is in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, which is interrupted by the addition of grape spirit to preserve a certain degree of natural sweetness. The Port is aged for 2 years in 547 litre oak barrels (the traditional ‘pipe’) and large vats. Bottled unfiltered.

Deep red colour; opulent, rich plummy fruit with surprising depth of flavour, expressing pure, youthful and high quality fruit.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

Wine orders: We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery on all wine or mixed orders. Food orders: We offer a flat-rate of £5 for UK delivery if your order contains food products only. If you spend over £150, delivery is free.

Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day. Excludes Northern Ireland. Some areas of Scotland will incur a surcharge, please contact us to confirm.
