Great value, lightly oaked Chardonnay from the Mâconnais

From a 12 hectare plot in the village of Bussières, to the south of the Mâconnais region, with an average vine age of about 40 years. The soil is classic argilo-calcaire that suits Chardonnay so well and that lends elegance and finesse to the final wines. 10% of the wine is barrel aged to give a more textural, slightly creamy element.

A classic Chardonnay from Southern Burgundy – fine buttery and floral notes on the nose, with some creamy textural notes on the palate. On the finish there is some underlying minerality and a hint of citrus zestiness that provides long lasting flavours.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery. If you spend over £150, delivery is free. Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day.
