A complex and tannic orange wine from the Rhône Valley

Laurent Clapier is the latest generation at the helm of family farm, Mas Théo. He has 52 hectares across 5 terroirs, all of which have been farmed biodynamically since 2012. 

Ginger is a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. Grapes underwent a slow fermentation in the winery’s underground limestone caves, taking nearly a year for the sugars to be consumed by the native yeasts. The resulting wine is intense and tannic, with notes of honey, medicinal herbs, orange peel and clove.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery. If you spend over £150, delivery is free. Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day.
