Non-vintage blend of Riesling and Sylvaner

Arthur Bohn writes: “The label comes from a postcard collector in the village who found this historic image of the Domaine Bohn. It’s an homage to the older generations who still transported the wines in barrel on horse-drawn carriages. The wine was delivered “en vrac” (in bulk), and we chose to honour this forgotten practice by recreating an authentic cuvée inspired by the first generations of the domaine.”

The wine is aged for two years in foudre, then bottled without fining or filtration. On the nose, hints of pea flowers, apricot and pear. The palate is very mineral and the schist soil that the grapes are grown on really comes through with a little grip of tannin on the finish.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of the shop (NE8 2AJ) for a flat fee of £5. If you spend over £75, we will deliver for free.

We deliver Tuesday – Sunday. Order by 5pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability. Need it faster? Order by 12pm for same day delivery, excluding Saturdays.

Collection

Free collection from the shop is always available, and you can collect any time during our normal opening hours. Please place your order by 11am on the day of collection, and collect within 7 days.

UK-wide delivery

We offer a flat-rate of £12 for UK delivery. If you spend over £150, delivery is free. Please note, as we are closed Monday and Tuesday, orders received over the weekend may not be shipped until Wednesday. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver next day.
